David P. Engel is a Southern Methodist University graduate with a Bachelors in Business Administration and is a graduate of the Harvard University Owner President Master Program. He is the principal of Engel and Associates, LLC, and has 50 years of experience in all areas of business management including; operations, acquisitions, divestitures, and financial performance improvement. Prior to forming his management consulting practice, David was President of Airgas Southwest, Inc., with branches in the states of Texas, New Mexico and Northern Mexico. Airgas Southwest, Inc. was a wholly owned subsidiary of Airgas, Inc. which is the largest distributor of welding supplies and packaged gases in the United States.

Engel currently serves on the board of the Susser Bank and on the Advisory board for Heldenfel’s Enterprises, Inc. Engel is a past Chairman of the Corpus Christi Regional Economic Development Commission, the CHRISTUS Spohn Health System and the Lexington Museum.

W. Wes Hoskins professional experience includes, Chairman of the Board for Coastal Bend Bancshares; President & CEO of First Community Bank; Director of First Community Bank; President of WBH, Inc. Commercial Real Estate Holdings Co.; and Auctioneer with Buddy and Wesley Hoskins Auctioneers. Civic and professional leadership roles include, Federal Reserve of San Antonio Advisory Board; Federal Home Loan Bank Dallas Board of Directors; American Bankers Association PAC Committee Chairman, Regulatory Task Force Committee, and Financial Education and Advocacy Initiative Committee; Corpus Christi Chamber of Commerce Chairman, Board of Directors, and numerous committees; Texas Bankers Association Chairman, Board of Directors, and Texas Legislative Lobby; Corpus Christi Downtown Management District Board of Directors; and Gregory Portland Independent School District Trustee and Secretary/Treasurer. Commissioner Hoskins is a participant of numerous charitable organizations and events including, American Cancer Society Cattle Barons; South Texas Children’s Heart Institute; Driscoll Foundation/Fiesta de Los Niño’s; Navy League; Alice Chamber of Commerce; Gregory-Portland Booster Club Past Vice President and Trustee; City of Portland Traffic Advisory Committee; First United Methodist Church Portland Treasurer, Finance Committee Chair, Staff Parish Committee Chair; and the Alice, Texas Airport Advisory Committee. Wesley Hoskins is a graduate of Southwest Texas University with a Bachelor of Education in Communications and a Political Science Minor.

Gabe Guerra is a native of Corpus Christi. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a graduate of The Southwest Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University Dallas. Guerra has over 27 years of experience in banking and finance. He currently serves as President & CEO for Kleberg Bank, where he began working in 2007. Previously, Guerra served as the Regional Vice President for Indirect Lending for the 12 State Midwestern Region of the U.S. at Wells Fargo Bank. He spent the first five years of his career with Ford Motor Credit Company in Austin and Dallas, Texas, in various areas of management. Guerra is involved in various civic activities supporting jobs, education and quality of life issues in the Corpus Christi community. Guerra previously served as Past Chairman of the Corpus Christi Regional Economic Development Corporation, Past Chairman of the Corpus Christi Chamber of Commerce, Past Chairman of the Del Mar Foundation Board of Trustees, and the Immediate Past Chairman of the United Way of the Coastal Band. He currently serves as a member of the Board Directors for Christus Spohn Health System. Guerra is an Eagle Scout and the current President of the Board of Directors for the South Texas Council of the Boy Scouts of America. He was recently appointed to the Board of Directors for the San Antonio Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas and serves on the Dallas Fed’s Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council. He was recently elected by his peers to serve as a federal delegate Board Member of the Independent Community Bankers Association of America. He is a graduate of Leadership Corpus Christi Class 37. Guerra was honored by the Young Business Professionals of the Coastal Bend as 2016 Superhero and recognized as Small Business Champion by the Small Business Association in 2011 and 40 Under 40 recipient in 2010.

Rajan Ahuja holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) and Master of Science (MS) degrees in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge. Ahuja has 37 years’ industry experience in oil and gas, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of TEXEGY LLC, and President of SV Energy Company LLC.

Ahuja’s civic and professional leadership roles include President of Foster Angels of South Texas; Board Member of the Christus Spohn Foundation; Board Member of the Coastal Bend Chapter of the American Heart Association; Board Member of the American Heart Association Go Red for Women, Coastal Bend Chapter; Chairman of the Society of Independent Petroleum Earth Scientists; and Trustee for the South Texas Hindu Society Temple.

Ahuja was born in New Delhi, India, and migrated to the United States after finishing High School in 1979. The Coastal Bend has been home to Ahuja for more than 36 years.

Michael S. Pedrotti holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University. Pedrotti has 39 years’ industry experience in oil and gas, with a focus on South Texas and the Texas Gulf Coast. Pedrotti currently serves as President and Equity Owner of Pedrotti Oil and Gas, Inc., LMP Petroleum, Inc., LMP Exploration, Inc. and Texegy LLC; and holds Chief Executive Officer and Equity Owner positions with Texegy Royalty LLC, Impact Tanks LLC and SV Energy Company LLC.

Commissioner Pedrotti is a participant and supporter of numerous organizations including but not limited to; Board of Directors Texas Independent Producers and Royalty Owners Associates, Advisory Board Center for Sportfish Science and Conservation, CCA Texas and Port Liaison Coastal Bend Bays and Estuaries.

Michael was born and raised here in the Coastal Bend, has been married to Laureen McCullough for 37 years. Together they have three children and two grandchildren.
