In compliance with the Texas Water Code, the Port of Corpus Christi Commissioners have adopted the Promotion and Development Fund Policy, which is externally known as Community Funding. This policy serves as our guiding framework for the judicious allocation and effective utilization of community funding resources.

Promotion & Development Funding Budget

Port Commissioners establish Promotion & Development Funding each calendar year and grants the CEO, and their designee, to oversee this budget.

Applications for all 2025 community funding requests are to be submitted during the annual call-out period.

Organizations interested in funding are to submit requests online using the Port of Corpus Christi (PCCA) Community Funding Application during the annual call-out period (October 1 – 31).

Review Process

All applications undergo a thorough evaluation and are subsequently considered by PCCA executive staff. All applicants will be notified of community funding decision via email.
