The Port of Corpus Christi invites community members to participate in monthly public tours of its Executive Administration Building (EAB), located at 400 Charles Zahn Jr. Drive. - IDs are submitted to Port Security for a standard background check, which requires at least two business days to process before the tour.
- If for any reason your background check does not meet security requirements, you will be notified by email.
- If your registration is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email with check-in instructions on the Tuesday before your scheduled tour date.

What if I don’t have access to a computer to register?
If you do not have access to a computer or internet, you are welcome to register in person by visiting the Port of Corpus Christi’s Executive Administration Building during normal business hours.
- Our staff will provide a paper registration form, and you must present a valid state-issued photo ID at the time of registration. Background checks still require at least two business days to process before the tour date.
- If your registration is approved, you will receive a confirmation phone call with check-in instructions on the Tuesday before the scheduled tour. If your registration is not approved by Port Security, you will also be notified by phone.
If I’m on the waitlist, how and when will I know if I get added to the tour?
Notifications will be made no later than two days before the tour date if there is room to add people from the waitlist.

No, the EAB is a PCCA secure building, and there will not be a standby line. If there is availability on a tour date, those on the waitlist will be notified in advance.
