Commerce and Investment Updates for International Press

Port Corpus Christi Executive Director, John LaRue, traveled with Vice President of the Corpus Christi Regional Economic Development Corporation (CCREDC), Tommy Kurtz, to the New York Foreign Press Center. While in New York, they provided commerce and investment updates concerning Port Corpus Christi and South Texas to international media representatives.
Some topics of discussion included foreign direct investment in the region, the Panama Canal, oil and gas exports, wind energy, the new Corpus Christi Harbor Bridge, and have thus far resulted in numerous articles posted via these international media entities.
